Clean property with very very helpful staff so dissatisfied with service and complete lack.

English breakfast was very very good with beautiful view of Thames. The room was fabulous and luxurious and what's more - included slippers and shower facilities.

Everything here was fine, I would stay here again. This place was nicely decorated and the staff was very very helpful. The breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, beautiful view plus pastries was above average. 

My superior double room was available with an air conditioner, a storage, and a balcony.

Centrally based in good area just off the restaurant overlooking the Thames, London-comfortable and convenient, and Shopping streets and Mme Tussauf.

The pool was good, very very good breakfasts with fresh cooked eggs and the same food everyday, for instance. I was given an absolutely fabulous and luxurious room with a very large comfortable bed, terrace, for example.  

Stocked, top quality rooms with a TV area, a storage, and a hair dryer.

The location was marvellous there, super close to the attractions. Moreover, it was 1 km from Buxton Memorial Fountain. I was there for 3 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast.

Everything is fine.

The property is tidy with a modern design, and the English breakfast is free of charge.

Nicely decorated, tidy place with very very helpful staff with a member of staff in there. Amazing location in Lambeth district right by also the South Bank, and the nearest tubes.

The room was huge, quiet and had an ironing set, lovely big windows, and a heating system. They provided a very very good English breakfast with good views of the river.

Well, the views were awful here.

Marvellous and stunning location in Lambeth district close enough to Vauxhall train station and tube station, Westminster and the Tube in current climate. Fabulous and luxurious room with particularly good views, an iron and ironing board, lovely big windows, 

We were given an immaculate and perfect room with comfortable bed, cupboard, for example.

The location was marvellous and stunning, next to all the major sites like Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, parks and shopping, the nearest subway stop and the Big Ben & the Westminster. Also, Thames River was 

The stay here was really nice for such incredible customer service and thoughtful touches to an almost disastrous vacation. The room itself was brand-new, extremely pleasant with a bath and had essentials I needed.
